I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff made me feel welcome and attended to all my needs. From Alem, who greeted me every day and made sure I had everything I needed, to the helpful front desk team of Wesley and Jenny, and the attentive staff at the morning buffet, including Abdul. The hotel facilities were excellent, and I really enjoyed the breakfast each morning. The location of this hotel is perfect. It is at a great location with easy access to transportation and close to Whole Foods.
All good.

The hotel is simply beautiful - an elegant boutique hotel, with fabulous finishes, and gracious and helpful staff.

Excellent small hotel in a perfect location between Madeleine and Opera. Small, but very clean and stylish room and friendly staff. Tasty breakfast.
No ironing board in the room, aircon slow to cool the room. Extra 10 eur charge for the full buffet breakfast

The hotel is located in a quiet street, in front of the hotel there is a good pharmacy. All shops are close by, within walking distance of 7-10 minutes, especially Shopping centers, Lafayette Gallery. The Champs Elysees is within 15-20 minutes walking distance. The hotel has friendly staff. Freshly squeezed juices, omelette, sausages, cheese, tomatoes, fresh fruit, yogurt, breakfast cereals, fresh pastries, pancakes, coffee, tea, jam, honey.
There was no tea and kettle in the room, there was a scarce choice of hot and vegetables at breakfasts, the main products of omelets and pancakes were often missing, we had to ask because, poorly tracked, what dishes ended up. But there was always a plate of salad with mayonnaise, which nobody ate.

We enjoined our stay at the Le Mathurin very much. The personnel was very helpful and polite. The breakfast was included and it was fine.
The superior room was too small as in the most hotels in Paris but very cosy and charming. The cleaning was a problem but it wasn't so big to distribute our trip.

A relaxing spa experience cut short
The hotel exuded a cozy charm with warm, attentive staff. The spa facilities were a good escape, and the complimentary toiletries added a touch of luxury to my stay.
My checkout experience was overwhelming. A rude receptionist.

Location
Despite being advertised as a "spa hotel", the spa was broken and out of order. There was a bar, but no bartender or services provided. The hotel seems to be more show than substance. For the cost of staying at a "luxury spa hotel", I was very disappointed.

The central location makes it easy to explore various attractions and access transport links. Rooms are spacious and elegantly decorated. Breakfast offers a good variety, including delicious poached eggs. The spa services had limited availability, requiring an extra fee after 6 PM, disappointing. Noise from the street was occasionally noticeable during the night.

Very beautifully decorated interior. Loved the location being close to the shopping belt & good restaurants.
Some front desk staff was lukewarm, not very welcoming. However, room service seemed friendlier. No kettle in Standard Room!
